A full registration (IEEE a non-IEEE) includes access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, panel discussions, and other technical sessions. It also includes meals provided during the conference (three lunches and coffee breaks), as well as access to the social events (dinner and excursion).
Standard Registration Process (with payment)
The registration process is online but not fully automated. It requires a pre-registration which must be validated by the organizing committee. The payment will be possible only after this validation.

VISA
Attendees who need a visa for travel to FRANCE should provide the following information and send email to hassen.aziza@univ-amu.fr:
• Title – First Name – Family Name
• Company/Institution
• Address
• Zip/Postal Code – City
• Country
• Email
• Date of birth
• Passport number
• Passport issued country
• Passport issued date and Passport expiry date
• Provisional date of arrival and departure
Please note that invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants of the conference who have already paid the conference fee.
Keep in mind that the visa application at the embassy will take several working days. Please make sure to apply on time and let us know if you are facing any problem.
DOES A FOREIGNER NEED A VISA TO COME TO FRANCE?
