Presenters Guidelines
I. Full papers and special sessions
Presenters of full papers and special session papers are required to prepare a 15-minute presentation followed by 5 mn Q/A. Your presentation is scheduled in a 20-minute slot, please stay in the allotted time to leave space for the 5 minutes Q/A time slot.
The slide support format for your presentation must be .pdf ().
II. Posters
Presenters of posters must carry a printed poster that will be displayed in the coffee break area during the poster session.
Please ensure your poster is in A0 format, i.e. 841 x 1189 mm (or at least A1 if you have trouble carrying it during your trip). The poster will be displayed vertically. You are expected to print the poster and bring it to the Conference. It is strictly forbidden to bring individual pages and assemble them on-site.
Your poster should be set up at least 1 hour before the start of your poster session.
III. Social event
Join us for a unique social event in Aix-en-Provence, an ideal opportunity to explore and appreciate the charm of this historic city. Enjoy moments of conviviality and discovery as you are guided through the beauty and secrets of the town. Whether it's the picturesque streets, lively markets, or historic monuments, every corner of Aix-en-Provence will surprise you.

A group will depart from the Aquabella Hotel at 3:30 PM for a 15-minute walk to the museum. If you require assistance or have any difficulty walking, please contact the organizers in advance.

After the train tour, we will return to the Aquabella Hotel for a cocktail reception at 7:00 PM, followed by the gala dinner.
